Understanding Shipping Options at Alagas Webstore

At Alagas eShop, we’re committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. We’ve simplified our process so that you only need to make a shipping selection during checkout for Free or Express with a small fee. By default, your order will be shipped for free with our standard delivery option. If you need faster shipping, simply add the Express Delivery option to your cart before you check out.

Cost: Free
Delivery Time: 3-5 business days

This is automatically applied to your order, making the process hassle-free. If you’re not in a hurry, enjoy complimentary shipping with no extra steps required.

2. Express Delivery
Cost: $15 flat fee ($16.35 incl. GST)
Delivery Time: Same business day if the order is placed before 12pm with cleared payment and valid contact details; otherwise, next business day.

3. Store Pick-Up
Cost: Free
Pickup Address: 47 Kallang Pudding Road, #06-02, Singapore 349318

Important: Store Pick-Up requires prior confirmation with our team. Once confirmed, we will prepare your order for collection at our store.
